🥊 SESSION 1 OF ROUND 1 BOXING - THIS WAS EPIC🥊
Bring 12 woman together, throw in a few toddlers and babies, put us all in a hot room, turn the music up and punch the frustration out!
Then finish up with push ups, skipping and some hip shaking moves.
And thats how we rolled today ☺️💪

👊FINAL CALL FOR ROUND 5 BOOTCAMP👊
We start our next 6 week block THIS weekend!!!
And this will be our last BC until next summer.

One of the biggest concerns people have with outdoor training is the weather...and I get it!
Here at Emerald Bootcamp, we are lucky to be able to utilise the entire area of Worrell Reserve.

💪 sunny and dry day - lets use the oval
💪 pouring rain - we'll be undercover at the club
💪 footy on the oval - we can use the skate park
💪 dark - you'll find us under the library lights

All these options allow me to be creative and offer you loads of variety and challenging drills.
We have hills, steps, gutters, walls and dirt.

This is NOT your average training session.
You will NEVER repeat the same session twice!!!

Looking for something a little different and challenging that WILL get you results ?

▪️Park in the lower car park for easy access
▪️Dont forget your locals pass or parking ticket
▪️Bring water, gloves (if you have them) towel

A skate park aint just for skating 🥊💪
The thing about my brain...its wired a little differently to most.
I see BEAUTY in everything.
And I see OPPORTUNITIES everywhere.
Ohh look...a ramp. Great for bulgarian lunges.
Painted lines on the surface will separate teams for races.
Poles to tie up the battleropes.
Hills... you guessed it, SPRINTS !
See, my brain is constantly finding torture in every location 😅
The skate park at Worrell Reserve is full of fun options to put you through your paces.
And while you work, I sit back and smile at the beauty of our beautiful park.

Ahhh the ever so humbling overhead strict press.
I love it.
And hate it.
But man do I feel powerful when I get those reps done without having to push through my legs 💪💪💪
