Progression ft Ally 💪🏼💪🏼

1 & 2 : End of bulking phase compared to current cutting phase

An impressive 7.3kg downwards movement on the scale so far, while keeping energy/mood high and progressing in each exercise session after session 🤯

Really tightening up overall, huge shifts across the mid section through a cal deficit, clean nutrition and specialised ab work

3 & 4 :

Looking like an absolute athlete, we’ve ran through a few different phases to grow muscle mass and cut body fat. We’re down a total of 12.8kg from our first session and have completely reshaped Ally’s physique and mindset.

All of this comes from Ally booking in a session to help with recovery after ankle surgery, now she’s thriving beyond imagination. To further highlight her remarkable progress she hit a PR of 220kg on the leg press today 🤯🔥
