AND OUR WINNER……..

She has been such a consistent weapon at training over the last few years, always brings a smile and keeps us all laughing.
Shes nailed the food side of things and is lifting weights at home….she clearly has the combination right for her body.
I’ve lost count of how many challenges she’s won (I’m at work so don’t have my laptop and it’s too late to text and ask 😜).

She lost 2.1kgs.
GAINED 3.5kgs of MUSCLE (i reckon this is a new Intensity record)
A body fat percentage lost of -33.66%

Tonight we had our challenge dinner for the first challenge of 2025.

Our second place winner who runs more than she walks, who packs a mean punch and who squats lower than low…..she lost 2.4kgs and gained 100grams of muscle.

Her body fat percentage lost was -17.9%…….. 🥁 🥁 🥁…..NIDA COLLINS 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
