Yogaha Yogaha offers a holistic approach to wellbeing with therapies such as yoga, massage and meditation. We like the word Yogaha.

To us the word Yoga means a unique way of discovering who you are. The word ‘ha’ in English means Wonderment and Surprise. In Sanskrit it means the appearance of the GOD-head. We offer the following classes to accommodate special needs: Therapy / Mature age yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Meditation, as well as ongoing Iyengar yoga classes to suit every level. The teachers at Yogaha are passionate about working with people in a way that allows you to be more centred, balanced and light hearted.
