Hell of an effort on Sat morning by
Smashing a 1 and 1/2 times body weight squat for a PB of 137.5kg
Great training block leading up to this starting all the way back in the park during lockdown!
Hard work and consistency pay off.

Progressing in your training is hard sometimes and often it feels like you're not moving forward.
Last week it was 8sets of 7 reps and 2 sets of 6 reps with 100kg
This week 10 sets of 7 reps with 100kg. 🥳🥳
But it didn't feel great today. So without a program and tracking what i was doing it might have felt like a disappointing day!
But it wasn't! It was a good day. 😊 You could use this as an analogy with your diet when counting calories or many other aspects of life. Probably? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ .fitness . 🤣🤣
