FINALS BOUND

A fantastic swim from Nick Stoupas this morning has secured his place in tonight’s Australian Swimming Trials Final in the Men’s 200m Breaststroke.

Qualifying for a Trials final is no easy task, and it is a reflection of the hard work, consistency and commitment Nicholas has shown throughout the season. To race among Australia’s best on the biggest domestic stage is an achievement in itself, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Now it’s time to reset, recover and get ready for another opportunity tonight. We can’t wait to see Nicholas back on the blocks chasing another great performance.

Day 5 is here and another strong group of Caulfield Aquatics swimmers are ready to take on the Australian Swimming Trials.

Good luck to Jacob Nimmo, Nicholas Stoupas, James Lewena and Xavier Purcell as they step up onto the blocks representing CA on the national stage.

Trials are all about embracing the opportunity, backing the work that has been done, and racing with confidence. We are proud of the commitment, discipline and resilience these athletes have shown throughout the season.

Another outstanding swim from Madeleine Horvath, booking her place in the Australian Swimming Trials Final in the 50m Breaststroke.

Madeleine produced a strong performance in the heats to secure her spot among the fastest swimmers in the country and earn another opportunity to race on the big stage tonight.

Making a national final is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work, commitment and consistency she has shown throughout the season.

Today we cheer on Jacob Nimmo, Nicholas Stoupas, Madison Cooper, Madeleine Horvath, Amber Stelling, Leo D**g and Harvey Nathanielsz as they race in the heats against Australia’s best.

Trials week is the culmination of months of early mornings, hard work, commitment and belief. We are incredibly proud of the way these athletes have prepared and represented our program.
