I’ve been contemplating LOVE 💝 lately, not just romantic (‘Eros’), friendship (‘Philia’), or family (‘Storge’) love but particularly ‘Agape’ unconditional love, the kind of love that God gives to us. It is omnipresent, perfect, unselfish and eternal… and for that I’m truly grateful 🙏

My daily question remains ‘What would Love do? What would God do? … especially in challenging moments. I take a pause, ask this question, then aim to respond instead of react 😅

This passage from the Bible sums up this kind of Love perfectly for me:

“Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening]. Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]”

With God by our side we can do indeed anything 🙏 I surrender all my worries, cares and fears to Him and I’ve gained an inner strength and calm I never had before 💪

Today we had fun at the farm and last month we hopped around with the Easter Bunny 🐰

Come along to Bentleigh Library at 11am on the second Weds of every month to see what next adventure lies in store! 🤩
