F.F.S didnât start because I wanted to build another âwomenâs fitness brand.â
It started because I was watching too many women over 40 slowly disappear behind exhaustion, bs menopause "karen" forums, wine jokes, oversized black clothes and âIâve just accepted this is my age and weight now.â
Somewhere along the way, women were taught that getting older meant:
⢠getting weaker
⢠saggier
⢠more invisible
⢠more medicated
⢠less confident
⢠and permanently at war with the fridge
And truthfully?
The fitness industry didnât help.
One side screamed starvation, detox teas and scales daily.
The other told women to âjust love themselvesâ while their energy, strength, willpower and health quietly f**ked off in the background.
F.F.S was built in the middle of that chaos.
A place where women 40+ could become strong again without becoming obsessive.
A place where lifting weights and fuelling your body to lose menopauseal weight mattered more than shrinking yourself by skipping meals.
A place where women could laugh, swear, have fun, rebuild confidence and stop treating menopause like a life sentence.
The rebrand happened because this became way bigger than fat loss.
Women started thinking clearer.
Women started walking better.
Sleeping better.
Reducing medications.
Feeling confident in photos again.
Carrying shopping bags without pain.
Getting off the floor easier.
Feeling visible again.
That crown in the logo?
Thatâs not about perfection.
It represents women taking their power back after years of putting everyone else first.
F.F.S isnât about becoming skinny.
Its about shaping your body into a figure your damn proud of.
Itâs about becoming dangerous to the version of you that gave up.
Stronger. Fitter. Unstoppable.
