Are you struggling to lose weight and have tried everything???

If you are in the position right now and you are not sure why nothing is happening the way you want.

Have you considered that maybe that it is the reason why you aren't getting the results you want.

Have you considered that doing too much is the problem.

Continuing to chase a result when clearly it won't happen the way you are doing it isn't going to work out for you.

Coaching isn't just about programming and food.

Understanding the immune system of each client. Understanding the clients' relationship to themselves is key. That is how we coach clients to look at themselves in a different way and direction.

Some people aren't open to actual listening to why being super busy and super stressed will keep your cortisol levels up.

Judgement of yourself can sometimes keep you in a fixed position if that judgement isn't working to motivate you.

Sometimes, swapping crap food for good food might not tip the scales in your favour.

There is always a deeper reason, mentally and emotionally.

Carly listened, and we got her to stop, rest, and recharge.

Break her whole routine down and rebuild it in a healthy way that works for her. 3kg in 3 weeks. Now, her body composition is changing.

Do you rest? Or just sleep and wake up plugged in to that stress.

Number 1 mistake you are making is?

Over critical self judgement.

Being hyper critical is the number 1 reason people think they are failing with their fitness journey. Telling yourself such a limiting story will always create an environment that ruins your progress.

Trust the process and enjoy feeling healthier each step you take forward.

Shaming ourselves is never the answer to long-term health and fitness outcomes.

Other mistakes that will ruin your progress along the journey are.

Not knowing the importance of the amount of protein you need daily. The actual amount of protein in 100g of chicken. It is lower than you think. 27g actually. We all need more protein πŸ‘Œ.

Poor sleep routine that is disruptive to your health that you, that you aren't aware of or not talking care of to resolve it.

Alcohol. Having a glass of red wine sometimes is ok. Excessive consumption is so crap for your health and fitness goals.

Over training at such high intensity all the time. Doing such creates under-recovery. Creates such fatigue in the nervous system that your body will shut down.

How many of the above are you doing or have done before? We all have. 😊

Alex has worked his arse off over the last 8 months in our group model.

Our group model was built for busy people who want to get themselves in the best shape of their lives without smashing themselves.

As you can see, 20kg is a lot of weight to lose. Our clients are coached not only around food. We coach our clients around everything, holding them back.

We love our group model program. We love the results Alex has achieved. We love that he is keeping the weight off and is not resting there. He is motivated to continue his fitness journey with us.

How much has your health gone backwards as a priority since having kids??

You might not even realise how much your health has gone backwards, as it more than likely hasn't been a focus.

Changing how you feel in 6 months is much easier than you think.

We understand that lasting change takes time.

Compressing all that change into 12 weeks for most people doesn't present long enough habital change.

Most people end up in the same position as before or worse off.

Why is that??

Consistency can be boring for some.

Showing up for yourself with the correct foods, exercise, sleep, and stress management sometimes takes time and shouldn't be rushed or judged by yourself.

Strength training will always be first for over 30's.

A high protein, good fats, good carbs diet.

Consistency.

Patience as you develop the right habits for lasting change.

Parents can create the best routines for their kids but leave themselves out sometimes. You can do both successfully.

Apply the same logic to yourself, and you will achieve those goals.

What is the reason people are so impatient?

People are impatient when it comes to exercise results, are they!

Why is that?

Well, change isn't always something we can see, and if we are mainly focused on how we look, we won't see much change for the first 3 months.

Have you noticed that anytime you start exercising, change happens in places you might not realise?

Do you notice the improved energy? Improving moods? Better sleep? Better mobility? Less stress?

The above outcomes should be taken on board. Doing that will give you confidence that you are heading in the right direction.

You can have someone tell you you look great. We usually only agree with that statement once we have seen it ourselves.

My advice pay attention to how you are feeling and not just on how you look. πŸ™‚
