Week 1 of the Commit to 30 Challenge is here!
Fresh sessions, new challenges and plenty of opportunities to build strength, fitness and confidence over the next 8 weeks.
📅 Monday – Pump (Lower Body) | Public Holiday
Lower body volume kicks off with plenty of posterior chain, single-leg strength and core work. Expect a serious leg burn and the perfect foundation for the weeks ahead.
📅 Tuesday – Cardio U (Aerobic)
Learn to control your effort, not just survive it. Today’s session is all about pacing, heart rate control and building the aerobic engine that supports everything else you do.
📅 Wednesday – Hyper (Upper Body)
A stability-focused upper body session designed to improve control, shoulder strength and movement quality. Less about lifting heavy, more about moving well and building a stronger foundation.
📅 Thursday – Cardio HIIT
Short, sharp and high energy. Fast efforts, limited recovery and plenty of opportunities to push your output while keeping quality high.
📅 Friday – Strength Mixed
A brand new strength structure arrives. Main lifts first, accessory work second. More focus, better quality reps and a great opportunity to start building some serious strength.
📅 Saturday – Secret Session
The debut of our newest session format. Can’t say much more, just book it in 👀
📅 Sunday - Community + Recovery
🏃♂️ Run Club - 8:30am at Edwards Lake (open to all)
🧘♂️ Pilates w/ - 11am at the studio (book via the app)
