At Thrive Northcote, we’re more than just a gym, we’re a community.
As the winter months are upon us, one of the best ways we can look after each other is by knowing when to rest.
If you’re feeling unwell, have a fever, cough, cold symptoms, or simply aren’t feeling your best, we kindly ask that you stay home and give your body the chance to recover.
While we know missing a session can be frustrating, taking the time to rest helps protect the health of our members, coaches and wider community.
Remember, fitness isn’t about pushing through at all costs. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is listen to your body.
We’ll be here ready to welcome you back when you’re feeling better. ❤️
