International Men’s Health Week, recognised annually each June, is a health awareness campaign to support the health and wellbeing of men and boys around the world. 🌎

Men's Health Week runs from Monday 15 June - Sunday 21 June. To mark the week, La Trobe Sport is facilitating a series of initiatives for male students and staff within the La Trobe community:

🏋 Free gym and pool access at the Indoor Sports Centre (Melbourne Campus) for non-members.

🧘 Free Reformer Pilates class at the Bendigo Sports Centre on Wednesday 17 June at 1:15pm for non-members.

🏊 Lap Legend Pool Challenge throughout the week for both Indoor Sports Centre members and non-members.

Simply present your student or staff card and fill out a casual visit form on your first visit to the ISC to activate your temporary access for the week. ✅

Take a break from study and unwind during exam period with our FREE MAT PILATES sessions in the Club House (Melbourne Campus) on Thursday 4 June (tomorrow) and Thursday 11 June!

Free for all La Trobe University students to participate in, these sessions are designed to help students de-stress, improve mobility, and reset both body and mind.

Suitable for all fitness levels, they provide a great opportunity to move, relax, and recharge during the busy exam period.

Taking over the Bundoora campus on 25 September 2026, this year’s event is set to bring together students, staff, alumni and the wider community for a day of movement, energy and connection. 🎉

To celebrate the launch of Run La Trobe 2026, we are offering students and staff within the La Trobe University community FREE ACCESS for a limited time only:

- 100 FREE staff entries (thanks to UniSuper)
- 200 FREE student entries

Whether you’re aiming for a new PB, walking with friends, or simply getting involved in the atmosphere, there’s an event for everyone:

Our Aquatic & Multi-Sport Camps include a morning of rotating pool-based activities, followed by an afternoon of sports and a visit to the Wildlife Sanctuary! 🏊‍♂️🦘

An incredible night at La Trobe Sports Park 💙❤️

This year’s Wings for Life World Run was one to remember. A sold out event with 1,200 participants coming together to run for those who can’t, with 100% of proceeds going towards finding a cure for spinal cord injury. 🏃

Thank you to the community, staff, ambassadors, and everyone in between who helped make the night such a success, while also creating the largest Team La Trobe cohort in the event’s history!
