Strongmania is coming to ISF!

We're hosting Strongmania Victoria an all levels friendly Strongman/woman comp!
No set weights, you pick how heavy and how much you do!

So whether you're a first-time looking for your first competition experience, an experienced athlete looking to push yourself and qualify for a National show, or even just a group of friends looking to compete against each other, this comp is for you!

Reminder that we are CLOSED for the public holiday this Monday 9th June.

Gym access remains as normal for all our existing members, just no casual entry as our front desk will be closed (bring your pre-workout with you 😁) and no classes are running this Monday.

We’re back to normal business on Tuesday with your usual morning 9:30am Muay Thai fitness class and all evening classes on!

Hey everyone!

Please note that the gym will be unstaffed tomorrow for Good Friday, Sunday and Monday with no classes running.
Saturday is normal with our usual classes running.

We’re back to normal business on Tuesday 22nd April with regular staffed hours and classes timetable.

As always, our members still have 24/7 access to the facility.
Just no classes running and no casual entry while we are unstaffed ☺️

ISF takes over the Melbourne AusFitness Expo! 🔥💪🔥💪

We had 4 gym members compete and put on a show at the AusFitness Expo, in both Strongman/woman and Powerlifting.

Lina, Mos and Ben put in huge efforts in the Strongman/woman comp, with .kubilius and Coach taking out wins in their divisions.
Meanwhile across the other side of the venue took 1st in his division and 4th overall Best Lifter in the Powerlifting. Which included an awesome 210kg deadlift at 77kg!

Awesome effort and a huge congratulations to all of them! Absolutely stoked to see members from our gym not only out there competing but also crushing it! Keep it up crew!strongest
