On Monday the 22nd Dec we will have one special sparring session (All members at any level! Great day to jump in if you’ve been sitting on the fence) at 6pm (early start, around 550pm) and then the gym will sponsor beers and pizza at 7pm — super chill, partners are welcome 🍕👊

We’ll have our vegan buddies in mind but if you have any further dietaries or requests, please shoot over a DM.
