✨Congratulations to our member of the month Freya _fm ✨

Who has been a Quickfit Croydon member since September 2023!
As well as being a busy wife and mum with a 3 year old Freya is also a nurse and owner of a successful cosmetic clinic in Hawthorn called Embrace Aesthetics! embrace_ _ aesthetics

Freya originally joined Quickfit as she wanted the convenience of a 24/7 facility. Previously being in a class based environment turned out to be too restricting in her schedule.

Freya is in the gym 4-5 times a week and is a fan of weight training and also likes to incorporate the hip thrust.
Freya stays consistent even when tired as she feels better after the session and then has more energy for her son Cruz! Freya says Quickfit is super friendly, easy to get to, a a great size and has good equipment!

🎄Thanks to all the members who came to our Christmas in July member function at Castello's Croydon Hotel on Friday night. Steph did a fantastic job taking out best dressed with her and her kids and a 4 way tie for Dani’s incredible Christmas trivia won by Elise, Rob, Matt and Jess 🙌🏽

It was great to have morning members meet afternoon members and daytime members because often you all never cross paths. A great warm up for a bigger Christmas party at the end of the year 🎅🏼

🏆 Excited to be sponsoring local Yarra Valley Grammar sisters shakira and JAMI HARDING as they board their flights to the Under 20 Athletics World Championships. Daughters to commonwealth games hurdler Sonia Britto, the girls have athletic genes in their veins.

Introducing our Member of the Month
⭐️ Brad Ryan⭐️

Brad Ryan

Brad joined us at Quickfit at the start of 2026 with a plan to stop drinking and focus on physical fitness. Since then, he has become a familiar face in the gym, and is always around with a smile!
The best parts of his fitness journey so far has been coming with a mate to keep pushing each other and keeping each other accountable, and seeing the physical and mental progress!
Brad has found the Quickfit community to be nice and friendly, and he enjoys the boutique style of the gym and getting to know everyone!

And a big shout out to Bakers Delight in Croydon Central for supporting our Member of the Month with a voucher for some sweet treats, and everyone else at Quickfit Croydon with 15% off their bakery purchases!

The saddest goodbye to our beloved Jessica Dekker 💔 as she comes into the final months of her honours and knuckles down into thousands of words of writing.

Jess has been such an integral part of our Reception crew and Member care team and she will be missed dearly. But you will be sure to find her and her entire family still training here, as they all have done for years.

Thanks for all you have done to make this gym so great Jess and we wish you all the best with your final months of uni. A shame Jamil didn’t let you win your send off bowling night 🎳
