We had our first taste of Podium in the Studio today and it was 🔥. We can already feel the excitement building for Series 1 Race Day on August 2nd.

We’ve got 3 more progressions of the Podium program, plus our standard program, to get you ready to race and push yourself out of your comfort zone! And if you’re not there yet, that’s no problem. It’s something to build towards….

💥 1,000 Sessions 💥

Let’s all hear it for Niru, who is the third member in our Studio to reach the incredible milestone of 1,000 sessions 🎉🎉🎉.

When Niru first started, she wasn’t even sure group training was for her. Fast forward to over 1,000 sessions later, and training has become such an important part of her life that she schedules things around it — and it shows.

Benchmark testing, HYROX events, running challenges, social catch-ups... if something is happening at BFT Docklands, chances are Niru is there.

Along the way she’s built strong friendships, become one of our biggest advocates, and quietly demonstrated the power of showing up consistently, day after day, year after year.

What we love most is that Niru never stops surprising herself. She continues to hit new PBs, take on new challenges, and prove what’s possible when you stay committed to the process.

She’s also one of the most supportive people in our community — always encouraging those around her and celebrating the success of others.

1,000 sessions isn’t just a number. It’s thousands of decisions to show up, put in the work, and keep going. That’s huge!

Niru, we couldn’t be prouder. Thank you for being such an amazing part of our community.

On Saturday we stepped away from the day-to-day to look at how we can keep making BFT Docklands even better for our amazing members.

Better coaching.
Better systems.
Better experiences.
Stronger community.

A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to keep BFT Docklands thriving and these are the superstars that make it all possible (Tobias and Ammar on the phone, just missing Henry!) We’re really excited about what’s coming for the rest of 2026…. with a big announcement coming soon 👀👀👀.

A lot of people join a gym thinking the hardest part will be the training.

Usually it’s just showing up consistently. Not the perfect session every time, but just coming back, week after week.

It turns out turning up gets a whole lot easier when people know your name.

When someone is expecting you.
When there’s a familiar face on the bike next to you.
When someone notices you missed a session.
When everyone is lying on the floor after cardio, pretending to be fine, together.

That’s why group training works so well for so many people, even though they could never stick to training on their own.

It’s not because every workout is magical.
It’s because after a little while, I’m you’re not walking into a room full of strangers.
You’re seeing your buddies 😍.
