Phase 1 done ✅ and we’re onto Phase 2, starting from Monday, 5 February. In this phase, and much like Phase 1, you’ll see a number of original F45 workouts and some more recent additions.
In line with the focused programming this year, the focuses for this phase are:
• Athletic: building
• Fitness Performance: metabolic conditioning and lactate threshold training
• Strength Performance: build push strength and master push lifts

Time to get 2024 started! Here is Phase 1 for the new year - starts today! In this phase, you’ll see a number of OG workout favourites, plus a more recent addition to the lineup, which will give you the push you need after the festive season.
Expect to see more focused programming this year as F45 takes it up a notch. Focuses for this phase:
• Athletic: base building
• Fitness Performance: general conditioning, including all planes of movement types
• Strength Performance: balanced strength blend of 6 primal movements

As you all return back from holidays, we’d like to remind you that the first week back is likely going to hurt. The longer you’ve been away, the more it’s going to hurt, especially if you’ve “really enjoyed” your time off 😅 Our advice to you is to ease back into your exercise routine, but just remember, if we think you’re slacking off, we’ll be right there to make sure to push you enough to make it worth your while. You’re welcome ☺️

Happy New Year! We’re already a week into the new year, and as we return to routine after the festive season and holidays, here’s our schedule for the remainder of January onwards. We’ve got 1 more week of a reduce schedule, then from 15 January we will return to our normal schedule of morning, lunchtime and evening classes.

What can you expect at F45?
45 minute Cardio sessions - Mon, Wed, Fri
45 minute Resistance sessions Tues, Thurs
On Saturdays expect a big ol’ party atmosphere when we do a 1 hour long Hollywood circuit with live DJ!
Every exercise will be set up for you! With weights ranging from very light to very heavy, we will have you covered for whatever fitness level you're currently at. All you have to do is show up with your towel and we take care of the rest!
