Train smarter, not just harder 💪

Use your 1RM or 3RM (one or three rep max) to calculate the right weight for every session. Depending on the Rep range set in session - this guide will give you an indication of what weight to load on based off your 3RM's we tested a few weeks back in our benchmark session.

Save this guide for your next lift day and stop guessing your weights 👊

And if you're not sure / didnt do the benchmarks - speak to Mango or Jpemm in studio and they'd be happy to help you ge the most out of each lifting session.
