PREGNANCY PILATES 74 - classes commence Thursday 28th May at 6.30pm 🤎

Taught by the amazing .louise_pilates this is a class created to nurture women and their growing bubs through the wild and wonderful chapter of womanhood that is pregnancy!

Pregnancy Pilates 74 is designed to support you through every trimester, focusing on building strength, stability and connection in both mind and body throughout your pregnancy journey. Classes run weekly on Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Esther is a mum to four kiddos and holds multiple prenatal and postpartum Pilates Instructor certifications. She’ll guide you and your bub through a beautiful class experience each week with expert care.

1. Mum and Bubs classes, commencing 26 May, taught by…
2. The INCREDIBLE Colette!

We’re thrilled to have Colette join our team to run our ‘Mums & Bubs Pilates 74’ classes.

This class is for mums to attend with pre-crawling bubs.
Connect with other mums and your bub as you exercise in a way that’s safe and fun!
This six week block is the perfect way to return to exercise postpartum, so long as you’ve been cleared by your health professional.

Colette is a mum of three beautiful little humans, so she understands the postpartum period inside-out! She also holds multiple prenatal and postpartum Pilates instructor qualifications, as well as a wealth of experience teaching women in these life stages.

Colette has a passion for women in the postpartum stage of life. Her nurturing nature and next-level skills will guide any woman through their return to exercise post-baby.

Our Mums & Bubs six week block will run on Tuesdays at 11.15am - 12.00pm. The first block is from 26 May - 30 June.
