Me 👋 I am that trainer and JGFIT Studio is that gym. With a kids play corner close by and a trainer that is happy to double as a kids entertainer, what more could you ask for!?

Jgfit is an intimate space where your kids can find plenty to entertain themselves, while you can focus on your training. You don't have to work your family around your gym sessions, let me work around your family!

As a parent myself, I know how hard scheduling life can be, especially when it comes to our own needs/wants.

Don't let that be the reason you don't make time for yourself and your goals.

Bring your kids!
Bring the whole family 🫶

They can join in with your session, enjoy some time in the kids area using the toys or watching movies on Netflix (kid friendly account of course 🤣) they can hang out on our couches and read a book or play on their devices or just hang out close by you while you work hard 🔥

As a bonus, I am always happy to hold and cuddle the little ones while you train and, as a side effect of who I am as a person, I will play with the older ones as though I too, were a child 🤣

Your 👏 Goals 👏 Are 👏 Attainable!

Don't sell yourself short. With the right method and mindset, there's absolutely no reason why your biggest goals can't be achieved! It won't necessarily be a linear experience. It will take time, effort and require change, but it is 100% possible and you literally have the power to make it happen!

As your PT it will be my goal to make it easier for you and provide assistance along the way. You achieving your goal is my goal as a personal trainer, and boy do I love coming along for the ride 🤩
