Strength isn’t about rushing to the hardest version.

It’s about building the version your body is ready for.

✴️ Sit to Stand:
Learn control. Find balance. Move with confidence

✴️ Goblet Squat:
Add load. Build strength. Lock in good movement patterns.

✴️ Barbell Squat:
Now you’re ready to handle heavier loads with good control, solid technique, and a strong foundation behind you

➡️ Sometimes there’s a step in between a goblet and barbell squat known as a Box Squat which can help:

✅️ Control depth without guessing
✅️ Build confidence under load
✅️Transition safely into Barbell squatting

🙌 Remember:
There’s no prize for skipping or rushing steps.

Just years of showing up

This is what strength looks like.

Not chasing numbers, but building a body that feels strong, supported, and capable💪

Hip thrusts don’t just build glutes:
they support your hips, protect your lower back, and keep you moving well as the years go on.

That’s what matters.

Move with confidence.
Feeling strong in your body.
Doing the things you love.

This didn’t happen overnight.

Just consistency
Good coaching
And patience

The 150kg hip thrust is impressive, but it’s not the point.

The point is, that Mikayla can.

Strong now. Strong later. That’s the goal!💪❤️

Twice a week, he shows up and lifts.
No fuss. No ego. Just consistency.

This week? A 110kg deadlift.

But what matters more is what happens outside the gym.

Rob’s an avid cyclist, and since starting strength training, he’s felt it.

More power in his legs.

More strength through his body.

More confidence every time he rides.
Rob’s not chasing numbers, he just wants to keep doing what he loves.

That’s what this is really about.

Strength training isn’t just about muscles.

It’s about keeping the things that you love part of your life.

Doing them well. For longer.

Rob gets that.

And maybe this is your reminder: you don’t stop because you get older.
