Strawberry Maple Overnight Oats
Start your day with the luscious fusion of strawberry and maple in our overnight oats, ensuring a satisfying and energised morning ahead.

Ingredients
30g Earth Protein Strawberry
40g Rolled oats
7g Chia seeds
125ml Unsweetened almond milk
70ml Sugar free maple syrup
20g Greek yogurt
100g strawberries
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix β Oats, Earth Protein and Chia seeds.
Step 2: Make a well and add almond milk and maple syrup, mix well.
Step 3: Add Β½ of the mixture as the first layer into a glass or jar, add a layer of strawberry, then another layer of oats.
Step 4: Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
Step 5: Top with remaining strawberries, yogurt, and swirl of maple syrup and enjoy!
