💌 A love letter from Alice (owner):
Taking a hot second of appreciation of our NOAH crew, new and OG members & trainers. I am here to profess my love to you all. I absolutely adore this community and I genuinely look forward to (yelling at you) hanging out with each and every one of you every morning. Thank you for supporting NOAH and being excited with me as we grow bigger and better, bit by bit.

Kemba 🐶 also says he loves you all too and wants to lick your face next time you’re bench pressing and can’t reject his love.

Here’s to finding a community that loves being outdoors, pushing past the uncomfortable and appreciates every single morning 🍻
