Field & Function Strength & Conditioning. Group & Semi Private Training facility located in Abbotsford. We don't have treadmills or mirrors.

Field & Function's beginnings date back to 2008 operating as an outdoor Bootcamp/Group Training option at Citizen's Park in Richmond. In 2014 we moved indoors and set up a Functional Training space just up the road in Abbotsford. The team at Field & Function are passionate about training with efficiency and purpose. We offer a range of Group Training sessions Functional, Strong, Boxing & Sweat. O

ur goal is to help you find training enjoyable and to help you move well, to build your strength & improve your fitness. What we do have is great trainers and functional equipment including Pull Up Rigs & Squat Racks, Sandbags, Plyo Boxes, Deadballs, Barbells, Dumbbells, VIPR, Kettle Bells, TRX Straps, TRX Rip Trainer, Sleds, Battle Ropes and Of Course the Concept 2 Rowers, Ski Erg, Bike Erg and The Assault Bike. We have shower and change room facilities.
