Training Variety… why do we need it?

Creating variation in your training through different exercise selection and intensity helps create a new stimulus.

Our bodies are very clever at adapting to the same exercises, the same weight, the same routine and the same intensities over and over again and can often lead to a plateau and poor progression.

The BEST thing about F45 is that you will NEVER do the same session twice which can also prevent boredom, mental fatigue and overuse/injury😀

Challenge 34 may have already begun over lockdown.
This does not mean that we should stop challenge ourselves every other day.
The team at Fitzroy North and resident scan man Steve Burden would like to offer you all the opportunity to hit the ground running.
He will then be back in 4 weeks time to record those gains.
This will no doubt be daunting for many of us. Lockdown 6.0 may not have not served some of us very well.
Use these full body composition scans as a motivator to a better, healthier version of you.
