LOADED is moving to Tuesday + Thursday and BODY is moving to Monday and Friday.
✖️TUESDAY FOCUS (Loaded)
Tuesdays are all about building lower body endurance and strength. We’ll focus on quad and posterior chain endurance, progress unilateral work and safely increase total work capacity, helping you move stronger, more balanced, and with greater control in every hinge pattern.
✖️WEDNESDAY FOCUS (Loaded)
Pilates Strength focuses on unilateral lower-body control and trunk strength, progressing time under tension, loaded range and unilateral complex across the five week block.
✖️THURSDAY FOCUS - Loaded
Thursdays focus on upper-body pressing and pulling endurance, progressing load, structure, and fatigue exposure across the block.
