This Saturday, 25 April, we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of all Australians and New Zealanders, past and present who have served, and those who continue to serve today.

Our studio will be open with limited classes:
- 7:00AM & 8:30AM only

Many of our coaches and members will be attending the local dawn service at Windy Hill Venue with Essendon RSL at 6:00AM. We warmly encourage our community to come together and be part of this important tradition.
