We will be conducting a simulated evacuation drill at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre this Monday 15 June between 12:30pm - 1:30pm. If you happen to be attending the facility during this time, please kindly follow staff instructions and complete the evacuation as directed.

Please understand that all members and guests will be required to leave the facility for a short period of time during our evacuation drill.

These mock evacuation drills provide a valuable opportunity to rehearse our emergency evacuation procedures and to ensure that our team is confident and well-prepared to ensure everyone's safety.

Since entering the aquatic and recreation industry, Layla has demonstrated exceptional growth, progressing rapidly into a senior leadership role across both regional and metropolitan facilities. Her experience spans customer service, aquatic operations, swim school leadership and venue management, highlighting her versatility and commitment to the industry.

With over 20 years in aquatics, he creates a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every student can build confidence and succeed in the water. Next Monday 8 June is a public holiday and if you're planning to visit AVLC, it's important to remember that our operating hours will be 8:00am - 8:00pm.

All GOswim swimming lessons will be running as usual. If you will be away, please notify your absence via the Active World app.

We will also have a modified group fitness timetable for the day:
8:15am - Reformer Pilates^
8:30am - Aqua Fitness | Strength*
9:15am - Cycle | Reformer Pilates^
9:30am - BODYPUMP | Strength*
10:30am - Mat Pilates

Please ensure you book your sessions via the Active World App.

^Reformer classes only available to Silver and Gold membership levels
*B Active Functional Training only available to Gold membership level
