Massive thank you to the mountain bike community and everyone who helped me after my crash on the weekend. To the ambos, everyone who jumped in to help, and especially those who looked after my kids while it was all going on — thank you. ❤️

It was a bloody scary one. At the time I genuinely thought I’d broken my back. I’m definitely not walking away unscathed — I’m lying here pretty smashed up — but I know just how lucky I am that it wasn’t worse.

This Saturday (8th August), Monkey Rock MTB Co. will be closed while we head to Collie to run a race team training camp.
We're excited to spend the weekend helping some incredibly talented young riders from Denmark prepare for the upcoming National Championships. It's an awesome opportunity to build skills, confidence and race experience, and we're proud to be part of their journey.
