🌟 I’ve been AWOL over the last couple of weeks as we navigate the holidays, moving house and opening a new studio 🤪
❤️ I can’t wait to show you the new space in mid January where the Pilates adventures will continue.
🙏 Thank you all for joining me on this page- for your insights, your encouragement and most of all for your ‘yes I have the same issues, no Clare, you are not the only one’ responses that give me the confidence and joy in posting some of the thoughts that rattle around daily.
🤸🏼♂️ This place has been a bit of a playground for me this year. Not a single post has felt like a chore and that’s how it will stay.
