We would love to welcome new students to our classes.

Yoga is Yoga. And the ultimate goal of yoga is Unity. Your journey toward Yoga is as unique as you, and so different ways to practice will ignite that path for you, at different phases in your life, times of the year, month, day.

Sonia, Emma, Carol and Kat are experienced, dedicated teachers that bring their own unique teaching styles to meet you on that path.
