Hey, I'm Ali

I'm a Pilates and Yoga teacher based in Tom Price , Western Australia. I aim to provide my students with a judgement free, safe space to explore Pilates and Yoga. I encourage my students to deepen their mind and body connection, by teaching them how to move and breathe with intention. I intend to help my students open pathways for self expression, along with mental and physical aware

ness. I strive to give back to my community and cultivate meaningful connections. I believe together as a collective we can create a practice rooted in gratitude and inspiration.

300hr YTT Graduation ~ belated post 💕⏳
A truly unique experience in India, living at the Rishikesh Yogpeeth Ashram at the foothills of the Himalayas was something special. A month away from the comforts of home & my pets was challenging. I am so happy to have graduated with amazing friends and with memories I will cherish forever.
Now I am a 500hr trained Yoga Teacher! ✨🌙🧘🏼‍♀️

Join me on the mat for Vinyasa Flow Yoga, an invigorating class where breath and movement are synchronised.

As we age maintaining balance becomes increasingly critical for several reasons. These include fall prevention, muscle strength, joint health, coordination, posture, bone health and enhancing quality of life.

Incorporating balance exercises into a regular fitness routine is a proactive approach to healthy aging. Activities like Yoga can be effective in promoting all the positives that balance movements offer.

I love the idea of a fresh start. Nature has a beautiful way of reinventing itself with each season, we too can welcome change as a chance of growth and renewal.

Think of today as a new blank page, so you can seize the opportunity to write a chapter filled with resilience, joy and self discovery. My next chapter will be filled with tales of exploring forests and beaches with my doggo.

Mobility & TABATA class is now live on the website!
This class brings a dynamic fusion of movement and intensity. Mobility practices help you improve joint function and reduce stiffness through purposeful stretches, with the high energy intervals of TABATA.

TABATA is a Japanese inspired form of high intensity interval training. You work as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, repeated for a total of 4 minutes. During this part of the class we complete 5 rounds comprising of various exercises. You can move at your own pace, therefore you are in control of how much you want to sweat and raise your heart rate!

Only 10 spaces available, so we have enough room to move and groove on our mats! You will learn a valuable style of exercise that you can repeat at home.
