One thing we LOVE at Hustle Hub is supporting other small local businesses 🧔

And how lucky are we to have this absolute gem right on our doorstep — CREATE YOUR OWN MERCH 🤩

The lovely Colbee has designed these gorgeous little sweaters for our Hustle Bubs … WE ARE IN LOVE šŸ˜

A few of the designs arrived at the studio this week and just LOOK at them! 🄹🧔 Our littlest Hustlers are looking very cute!

There’s something pretty special about small businesses supporting small businesses, and I’m always keen to shout about the brilliant people doing their thing locally.

So please go and check out lauren rae šŸ‘¼šŸ¼, give them a follow and show them some local love. 🧔

And a huge thank you to Colbee for bringing the Hustle Bubs to life — we LOVE them!

šŸ“£ NEW MUMS šŸ“£ Ready to get back to exercise… but not really sure what’s safe anymore? 🧔

That is EXACTLY why Mumma Moves exists.

It’s not about jumping straight back into what you did before. We work on your pelvic floor, deep core, breathing, movement and technique, then progressively build your strength and fitness from there.

And because Monday & Thursday are now SOLD OUT, I’ve added TWO new classes for Term 4! šŸ™Œ

✨ Wednesday 10:30–11:30am — 4 spots left
✨ Friday 10:30–11:30am — 2 spots left

Every class is capped at just 10 mums so I can actually coach you, watch how you’re moving, modify where needed and give you the individual attention you need.

Babies welcome, of course. 🧔

Starting the week of 5 October.

DM me MOVES and I’ll send you all the details.

You’ve had your 6-week check and been "cleared" to exercise… but what is actually SAFE to do? šŸ‘€

Can I lift weights?
What about my pelvic floor?
Should I be working my core?
Can I run?
What if something doesn’t feel right?

Being cleared doesn’t necessarily mean you know where to start or what your body is ready for.

That’s why I created Mumma Moves. 🧔

Small-group training focused on pelvic floor & deep core, strength, fitness and progressively building you back up — based on where YOUR body is right now.

šŸ“… Starts Wednesday 7 October
šŸ”„ LAST intake for 2026
šŸ‘€ Limited spots & filling fast

You’ve been cleared to exercise at your 6-week check… but where do you go from here? šŸ‘€

Being cleared doesn’t mean jumping straight back into planks, sit-ups or the workouts you were doing before you had your baby.

Your body has been through a LOT — and rebuilding your core takes time.

There are stages to rebuilding, and what you do — and WHEN you do it — matters.

This post breaks down the 4 phases of postnatal core rebuilding and what we’re looking for before progressing to the next stage.

And this is exactly what we work on in Mumma Moves — understanding where your body is right now, reconnecting with your pelvic floor and deep core, and progressively rebuilding your strength and fitness.

🧔 Next intake starts 7 October
Just 3 spots remain.

DM me MOVES for the details.

And save this one if you’ve been cleared to exercise but are still thinking… OK, now what?

Your postpartum core is about SO much more than doing a few ab exercises. 🧔

And this is something we spend a lot of time on in Mumma Moves.

After pregnancy and birth, your diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep core and spine all need to learn to work together again.

That’s why we rebuild from the inside out.

We start with breathing.
We reconnect with the pelvic floor and deep core.
We learn how to manage pressure.
Then we gradually build strength and add load as your body is ready for it.

Because returning to exercise shouldn’t just be based on how many weeks postpartum you are — it should be based on where your body is right now.

Mumma Moves isn’t just about getting you exercising again. It’s about helping you understand your body, build your strength back up and feel confident with what you’re doing and WHY.

🧔 Our next Mumma Moves intake starts 7 October and registrations are OPEN.

DM me MOVES for more info or to grab one of the remaining spots.

ā€œIt’s more than a gym, it’s a village.ā€ 🧔

This came from one of my Mumma Moves mums, but it sums up Hustle Hub as a whole.

Yes, we come here to train and get stronger. But it’s the friendships, the chats, the laughs and the connections that happen along the way that make this place what it is.

And for our Mumma Moves mums, I think that connection can mean even more.

Maternity leave can be wonderful, but it can also be lonely. The days are LONG, you’re tired, and so much of your world suddenly revolves around this little person.

As much as we love being Mum, sometimes we need something that’s for us too.

An hour to get out of the house. Move your body. Talk to other adults šŸ˜‚ and meet other mums who get it.

I absolutely love watching the connections made in these classes — and seeing those friendships continue long after Mumma Moves.

Because sometimes that hour isn’t just about getting stronger.

It’s about feeling a little bit more like you again. 🧔

Mumma Moves starts 7th October and I have a few spots left.

DM me MOVES and I’ll send you the details.

Mums, this one's for you today. 🧔

Because you're the one who checks on everyone — the baby, your partner, the group chat, your own mum. But when someone asks how you are, "fine, just tired" is out before you've even thought about it.
It's Women's Health Week, and today falls on R U OK Day — so consider this your reminder that you're allowed to be the one who needs checking in on too.

So today and every day šŸ‘‡

→ When someone asks how you are, tell them the truth. Even just one person.
→ Let yourself rest without earning it first — recovery isn't a reward, it's a need.
→ Check in on one mum who's gone a bit quiet. Sometimes being the check-in is how we heal too.

And let me know — how are you really going today? I'm reading every comment. 🧔

The "Why" behind Mumma Moves is something I dont talk about enough. 🧔

But this is exactly why I built it.

I wanted mums to have somewhere they could ask questions, understand their body and build their strength without feeling like they had to guess their way through it.

Whether you’re pregnant or returning to exercise after having your baby, Mumma Moves meets you where you’re at. šŸ’š

Next intake starts 7 October and places are limited.

DM me MOVES and I’ll send you the details. 4 spots left!!!

It’s Women’s Health Week ā¤ļø and this year’s theme is one I LOVE: DO IT ANYWAY.

Because looking after yourself doesn’t always happen when you’re motivated, well rested and have loads of time.

Sometimes it’s the walk you nearly talked yourself out of.
The 10 minutes of movement you thought wasn’t worth it.
Actually stopping to eat something decent instead of running around looking after everyone else. šŸ˜‚

And those little things? They add up.

Today’s focus is FUEL — and this is a big one for us mums.

We can spend all day making sure everyone else has eaten, packed lunches, made snacks… and somehow we’re the ones surviving on coffee and whatever we can grab. šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø

Your body needs fuel too. Especially when you’re asking a LOT of it.

This week I’ll be following along with Women’s Health Week and sharing a little something each day around fuel, movement, rest, mental wellbeing and connection.

So for today… have you fuelled YOU? ā¤ļø
