With 28 years in the fitness industry, Lulu is a powerhouse in personal training, CrossFit coaching, and fitness education. She's been a gym owner, presenter, lecturer, and appeared on the first series of Australian Ninja Warrior in 2017. Specializations:
Lulu specializes in boot camps and outdoor fitness, founding Bootcamps Australia in 2012 (now Hammer House). Lulu has also completed advanced courses in resistance training, pre and postnatal exercise, and training for kids and older adults. Athletic Achievements:
Lulu is a versatile athlete with a background in MMA, Kyokushin Ring Karate, and kickboxing, having fought at the Arnold Classics in 2017. As a CrossFit competitor, she placed 13th in the 2013 Regionals and 30th in 2014. She also earned a silver medal in Olympic weightlifting at the 2018 Worlds in Auckland. Future Goals:
Lulu is committed to continuous improvement, planning to earn her Level 3 CrossFit certification and further specializations in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Gymnastics this year. Passion:
Living an active life is Lulu's mantra, driven by her passion for fitness and dedication to her clients and community.

2 Years Today ❤️

Two years ago today I took a leap of faith and bought what was then CrossFit Moorabbin.

The girl in both photos is the same, but so much has changed. New premises, new business partners, new skills, new challenges, and a completely different mindset.

The last two years have been full of lessons, growth, hard work and achievements I never imagined. Through it all, the biggest reward has been the positive impact we make on people’s lives every single day.

I’m incredibly grateful for the journey so far and for my amazing partners, who continue to help bring the vision to life.

Today I’m reflecting on how far we’ve come, celebrating the growth, and feeling excited for what’s still ahead.

This community — you are the reason this all exists.

From being a member 15 years ago in a Super Saturday class…
to coaching and closing it out today as an owner…
to now stepping into a whole new era of CFM alongside the most incredible partners and community I could have never imagined just 18 months ago.

It’s more than a gym. It’s people. It’s growth. It’s belief.

So much gratitude for every single person who has been part of this journey.

Same day. Same platform. Same gym.
Different woman.

Almost 40 — in the peak of my MMA, weightlifting and CrossFit years as an athlete.
Almost 50 — in the peak of my life as a gym owner, leader and community builder.

Different goals. Different pressures.
Same work ethic. Same love for movement.

For the friendships and the community that showed up — consistently and when it mattered most.

For CFM humans and my business partners, for building something we genuinely love and care deeply about, even when the work was demanding and the days were long that have tested us and tried to break us.

For my family and my husband — for the support, patience, and strength behind the scenes.

For the lessons, the challenges, and the moments that shaped the year for what it was.

Deeply grateful for the people who matter, the connections that last, and the work that feels meaningful.
