Well we wrapped up our 2025 Junior season with the Sub Junior, Juniors & Inters presentation on Wednesday night.

Held at the Angaston Football Club clubrooms and excellently MCed by Del Hearnden.

While it was tough decision to separate this night from the GOs & Primaries (whose presentation was after the minor round finished) it was the right decision.

Both nights were successful -- not over long (in the theatre business we always used to say "a short show's a good show"), coaches got to acknowledge their teams/players without us needing to play the drown-out music like they do for the Academy Awards etc, there was plenty of room to move and just the right amount of Amanti Pizza to go around.

Congrats to all the girls named in the photos below. Thanks to all the coaches, parents, caregivers and supporters.

And we'll either see you tonight for the Senior presos, at the AGM (anyone wanna be Secretary? it's fun!) or next season.

Thanks to all the wonderful Ango members provided Anzac biscuits for this morning’s service. The Lions club were extraordinarily pleased with them (the perfect number & very tasty) — I’ve been told this by three different people already at the Bowls Club dinner.

A beautiful morning in Angaston for the ANZAC Dawn service, Coffee and Tea was served by Angaston Lions members along with the delicious ANZAC biscuits provided by the Angaston Netball Club.

Wohlers’ Wonder Woman of the Week

Jahnai Busch in her first game for ANC - played in WD/WA/C showed she had great run and had plenty of ball play

[note: I did not pick the winner but I watched the game & although there were great efforts all over the court Jahnai was definitely a stand out. Here’s to many more cracker games in ANC colours 🤩] 💙🤍💙🤍

📣 The Angaston Show are holding two Dashes for Cash this year for local sports' clubs; a women's & a men's race. With an awesome prize donated by Emmaline Wines $1000 to each winning club!!

🏃 Bec will be representing ANC in this 77m race (the park was established in 1877) & we're not saying she's taking it seriously but every time she goes out for a run she sends us all a photo. (Note: She is taking it serioously, those who know her know she's ever so slightly competitive. But luckily for us, she's also pretty darn speedy)

👏🏽 The more cheering on the sidelines the better so it’s just another reason to attend the great Angaston Show
