🏀 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗜𝗦 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘!

Good luck to all teams battling this week for the final places in the Grand Final. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the season have earned you this opportunity, and we wish every player and coach the very best.

As we come together to support our teams, we would also like to remind all spectators to display positive and respectful behaviour at all times.

👏 Cheer loudly and support passionately.
🤝 Respect players, coaches, officials, and fellow spectators.
💙 Demonstrate good sportsmanship in both victory and defeat.

Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Let’s create an atmosphere that reflects the values of our club and community and makes Preliminary Finals Week a memorable experience for everyone.

🏀 SEMI-FINAL NIGHT 4 RESULTS

That's a wrap on Semi-Final week! The U14BD3 comp didn't disappoint, showcasing some great up and coming talent on both courts 🏀🌟

Congratulations to Echoes Dark who won their clash with Magic Black to earn their Grand Final place! 🥳🎉 It was their great hustle in the 3rd quarter that put them in front where they stayed for the rest of the game, well done boys.

Echoes Light battled hard in the elimination semi, starting strong, but sadly couldn't hold on at the end. These lads have improved so much across the season, with some very tough competition, you should be super proud! 🥰🌟

Now we move on to the final week of the Winter season, with prelim final action from Monday and it all leads to the Grand Final on Sunday, 13th September 🏆

We close out Semi‑Finals week with a huge night of basketball with our teams ready to leave it all on the court. The atmosphere has been incredible all week — let’s finish strong and carry that Echoes spirit right through to the end. 💙💙

🏀 SEMI-FINALS NIGHT 3 RESULTS

Tonight certainly lived up to the hype of finals action with some amazing basketball and super close contests! 🫣

The U12BD1 Echoes showdown started close, but the Light team came out strong in the 2nd half and earned their prelim spot next week, well done boys!

The Dark team should be very proud of their resilience in what was a very tough season; we look forward to watching you improve even more in summer 🩵

The U14 girls' took to the court in two separate match-ups:

Echoes Dark survived a good battle from the Bulldogs girls in the elimination semi to play on next week, good luck girls!

Echoes Light had a fantastic and tough contest with the top team TBC and fought hard to hit the front late in the game, winning their place into the Grand Final by 2 points! 🥳🥳 Awesome game girls!

Our second Echoes showdown was in the U14BD1 comp, and it was an epic match! Echoes Dark started strong and led most of the match, but Echoes came back fighting and took the win by 2 points! 😱👏 They go on to play TBC in the prelim next week.

Sadly, that is the end of the season for the Echoes U14BD1 team, well done lads on some great basketball 🏀

Last match of the night saw our Echoes Dark U16BD2 take on Bulldogs Red. In what has been a very close competition all season, this game was no different. Bulldogs started strong and our boys had to claw back most of the game. They took the lead late, then it was all tied up. The boys hit the front again, but a 3-pointer from Bulldogs with only seconds to go saw us bow out of the finals by 1 point! 😫🫣

One more night of semis tomorrow before we head into the last week of competition. Make sure you don't miss a minute of the action! 🏀🌟🩵

We roll into Night 2 of junior Semi‑Finals with another strong line‑up of Echoes teams ready to hit the court and give it everything. The energy has incredible this week — let’s keep that momentum going. 💙💙

🏀 SEMI-FINALS NIGHT 2 RESULTS

It was an epic night of basketball for our first junior semi-finals tonight, all our teams should be very proud of their efforts!

The U12 Girls started the night with a strong 4 quarter effort to beat the top team and win their place in the Grand Final; well done girls! 🥳🌟

Our two Echoes Showdowns followed:

The U12BD3 showdown was neck and neck most of the game, until the Dark team pulled away. They also earned their Grand Final place; congratulations! 🎉 Good luck to the Light boys who play on in next week's prelim.🤞

The U16BD1 teams both had lads away on school camp, but this didn't stop it from being a fantastic contest. Congratulations to the Light team who won by 3 points to go straight through to the GF! 👏👏

We wish the Dark team all the best in next week's prelim - go get them lads!

Onto the two U16 girls' match-ups, with both games being close contests too. Congratulations to Echoes Dark who won their Grand Final place in a physical game! 🎉

Sadly, the season came to an end for the Echoes Light girls, but a great effort in a high scoring game, well done girls! 🌟

The U18 boys finished off the night in a fast paced contest against TBC Takers, pulling away at the end to earn their prelim match-up with Tigers next week! Good luck!

Make sure you get out for the rest of the action on Thursday and Friday; courtside promises to be the only place to be!

Our juniors hit the court tonight to kick off their Semi‑Finals, and we’re starting strong with a full lineup of Echoes teams taking the floor. The hard work has been done, and now it’s time to play with heart and enjoy every moment.

SEMI-FINALS NIGHT 1 RESULTS 🏀

Our A Grade teams took to the court tonight to start an action packed week of SEMI-FINALS 🏀

Echoes Dark A Men were first up with an elimination semi. The lads only had 5 players and a shout-out to our junior Xavier for helping them out! 🙌

A close contest with Echoes fighting their way to the front in the last quarter. But a 3-pointer from Panthers in the dying seconds saw them go down by 1 point! Great game lads!

The Echoes Light A Men followed with a top of the table clash. The lads couldn't quite match the comp leaders Predators, but live on to play in the prelim next week.

The night finished with our A Women also playing a double chance semi. Not their night, being unable to buy a basket, but they will also fight on next week; good luck! 💪

We move onto the junior's action from tomorrow - plenty more to come!

The Echoes A Men's and A Women's teams start off a huge Semi-Final week tonight from 6pm.

Our seniors have worked hard all season, and tonight is their chance to showcase that effort, grit, and Echoes spirit. Let’s cheer them on, respect the officials, and keep the atmosphere supportive for everyone involved. 💙💙
