Huge week from the crew. Awesome to see long-term members put their hard work to the test and walk away with some massive PBs. Equally as inspiring to see so many new faces set their Baseline and lay the foundation for what’s ahead in Block 3!

Now it’s time to pull back the heavy loads with a Strength Deload and shift gears into Sweat Baseline week.
