Allow me to share some of this practice with you💚.

I'll be giving space to learn, explore and play, using 'arboreal movement' as the lens.

In the company of the woods; the roots, trunks, branches and spaces between, let's learn skills, challenge the mind-body connection, and spend time in contact with the great teacher that is nature.

We'll tread, crawl, climb and jump, as well as develop observation and senses, learning to read the environment and move accordingly 🙏.

In the event of uncertainty, I encourage questions, to find out more information if you require✨️.

How fortunate being able to see and feel some of the iconic places where this amazing practice has it's roots.
An incredible trip in many ways, with this profound day out exploring.

Even better was the opportunity to be shown around by the gracious 🙏🫂.

A powerful year...

In some sense, rhythms and layers strengthen,
While other foundations disassemble into fragments.

I am having to see and feel, that the deeper lessons remain, and take different forms; realising in cycles that some things will not simply be left behind, but remain a part of me. The best I can attempt is to alchemise the forces for good.

I am immensely grateful for all the beautiful experiences, and especially for the humans and nature I am blessed to be immersed with.

To be in motion surrounded by good humans is of life's greatest gifts.
Thankful to be able to play like this amongst genuinely inspiring, and solid humans, who push each other while keeping the vibes positive, even when they call me uncle 😂.

Today was a beautiful example of collaboration, creativity, expression, encouragement, high frequencies and a shared love of movement.
