Illuminate Wellness has a big heart. We offer people a calm space to reconnect with themselves through movement, breathwork, Access Bars, energetic facelifts and coaching. My mission is simple: to equip people with practical tools for wellbeing — managing stress, building resilience and finding mental clarity — so that Illuminate can be a resource this community relies on through many of life's transitions.

My favourite time of the day, sunrise. In today’s practice we cultivated and embodied joy, lightness, playfulness and appreciation. We had a rather “wild” swim in the waves at Dangers beach afterwards.
