Mr. Janzing shared this last week, and it’s a powerful reminder that what seems impossible today can become possible tomorrow. When you lead with your heart, stay focused, work hard, and never give up, amazing things can happen. Believe in yourself—the impossible is often just the beginning.

Scottish runner Josh Kerr broke the one mile world record in 3:42.66, an average speed of 16.2 mph. 🤯

IT’s CRUNCH TIME, who do you have going all the way? Summer is almost over, the World Cup is coming to an end and official Enrollment starts in 2 wks. (July 27th) Running Club will officially start Sept. 16th Hope everyone has had a great summer so far. ⚽️🔥

Hope everybody’s loving the World Cup as much as I am this summer.

Fun fact:
On average, a soccer player runs 6 to 8 miles (10 to 13 km) during a full 90-minute match. The exact distance depends on the player’s position, playing style, and level of competition.

Hope everybody is staying active this summer. Looking forward to running club starting up again in September.
