If you’ve been in the gym lately wondering “what the heck is that thing?” next to the cable pulldown… 😂

We had this behind-the-head pulldown attachment custom made for the gym! It’s definitely a little bulky, but it gets the job done. 💪

We’re looking into adding another lat pulldown with a higher starting point so you can get that full range of motion without having to sit all the way on the floor.

Until then, don’t be afraid to give this bad boy a try. 😎

2 YEARS. 🖤❤️

Two years ago, we moved ICT Powerhouse into this building with a vision of continuing to build something bigger than just a gym.

This December will officially mark 6 YEARS of ICT Powerhouse — and sometimes it’s crazy to think about everything that has happened between year one and now.

Different buildings. Long nights. Broken equipment. Upgrades. Setbacks. New faces that became family. A whole lot of learning as we went. 😂

This building has been home for two of those years, and we’re damn proud of how far we’ve come.

We may not be the biggest or fanciest gym in Wichita, but everything inside these walls has been built with hard work, sacrifice, and a community that continues to show up for us.

Thank you to every single person who has walked through that garage door and supported ICT Powerhouse. Whether you’ve been here since day one or joined us yesterday — you’re part of this story.

It’s easy to get caught up in the stress, the pressure and all the things you think could be better…but little me would probably be so proud!

She’d be proud of everything we’ve overcome to get here, proud we didn’t give up, and proud we kept going even when things got hard.

This is my reminder that sometimes I need to stop being so hard on myself and look at how far I’ve actually come.
