Barre Forte fun fact: your workout was planned around YOU. 👀

Every class at the studio is custom built based on who signs up. Tight hips? We see you. Shoulder tension from carrying the entire family on your back? Got you. Want your abs to file a formal complaint tomorrow? Absolutely.

This isn’t a copy-paste workout from 2019. Our instructors adjust, program, and tweak class in real time so every single person gets the burn they need.

Basically… stalking the class roster is part of the job. 💅

Came to barre like a for a low impact workout that was still challenging. Stayed because the community is THE BEST, and the workouts are KIlLER.
