We're excited to share that our gym has rebranded and will now be known as "Benchmark Fitness". We're incredibly grateful for the foundation that Jeff(still coaching) has built here and for everyone who has been part of this community over the years. The next chapter allows our coaching team to fully lean into their expertise and passions in fitness and performance. As we move forward, you'll see expanded opportunities, including:

Foundational and skill-based classes
Hyrox affiliation and classes (classes start April)
Personal training
Olympic lifting development
On-ramp foundational skill development
Fun Apparel
Membership with a personal branded app access for tracking workouts and results
Lifestyle and accountability coaching...and more
