More reasons to strength train as we age and to stay hydrated. “Muscle tissue provides a large reservoir of water since it is made up of nearly 80% water, while fat tissue has a much lower water content around 10%. The lower percentage of muscle mass in women may contribute to their increased sensitivity to dehydration.”

How many Veggies do you have in a day? You CANNOT out Exercise a Bad Diet!!! Make sure you are getting enough Veggies, Healthy Fat, Quality Carbohydrates and PROTEIN in your diet!! It doesn’t have to be complicated. It should be made from the Earth as much as possible and minimally processed. Eat clean and move more!!
