Come challenge yourself with the annual MURPH workout!

The “Murph” workout is a famous CrossFit “Hero WOD” (Workout of the Day) performed in memory of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005.

Here’s the workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Coach Anna Kate will be on site to help push you forward and provide modifications for any and all fitness levels.

Bring a friend! This event is FREE and open to the public. You do not have to be a member of Foundations to participate!
