What happens when Fundamental Fitness teams up with Elite Run Club? A packed event full of hard work, high energy, and people pushing themselves to be better.

We kicked things off with a mile run, then brought everyone into the gym for a full body workout that matched the pace and intensity from start to finish.

We’re incredibly grateful for the huge turnout and for every person who showed up ready to give effort, bring positivity, and be part of something bigger.
