Element Academy is a Martial Arts Academy located in Virginia Beach, Virginia lead by former UFC Fighter and 3rd Degree Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Mackens Semerzier. We specialize in Youth and Adult Martial Arts, utilizing the techniques and tactics of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing. We cover all aspects of Martial Arts & Self-Defense

We have a professional and experienced staff with over 30 years of Martial Arts competition and instructor experience. Each program is directed by a curriculum which provides a perfect structure so that no position is left unaddressed. In our programs we also have room for exploration, innovation, and addressing new techniques in a clean, safe, and friendly environment. We offer classes tailored to your individual experience level. From beginner enthusiast wanting to get in shape and learn self-defense all the way to the experienced Martial Artist on their path to Black Belt; our team has you covered.
