Element Academy is a Martial Arts Academy located in Virginia Beach, Virginia lead by former UFC Fighter and 3rd Degree Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Mackens Semerzier. We specialize in Youth and Adult Martial Arts, utilizing the techniques and tactics of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing. We cover all aspects of Martial Arts & Self-Defense

From beginner enthusiast wanting to get in shape and learn self-defense all the way to the experienced Martial Artist on their path to Black Belt; our team has you covered.
