Join me at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Virginia Beach (1925 Landstown Centre Way #220, Virginia Beach) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon, where I'll be teaching the Combatives class. Combatives is the traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu beginner program—perfect for brand-new students, anyone coming back after some time off, or those who just want to sharpen their basics. The focus of the class is on technique and self-defense, with no sparring during regular class. Sparring may be available afterward for those who are interested.
