It was great having Ariana at Bulletproof this week.

Just because you have shoulder limitations doesn't mean squats have to disappear from your program.

One of the reasons we use the Safety Squat Bar at Bulletproof Wellness Studio is that it allows many women to continue building strength without needing the shoulder mobility required for a traditional barbell squat.

Instead of focusing on what you can't do, we look for ways to keep you moving forward.

Strength training isn't about being perfect.

It's about finding the right tools, exercises, and modifications to help you keep getting stronger.

Years of dieting, under-eating, low protein, stress, alcohol, and constantly trying to get smaller can eventually change the way the body responds.

The body feels:

- softer

These are 5 things many women need to focus on instead of just trying to eat less:
