Fiber is one of the most underrated things you can add to your nutrition …. and most people aren’t getting nearly enough of it!
Why it matters:

The daily recommendation is 25-38g for women. Most people are averaging around 15g or less.
🌱 Think: berries, oats, beans, broccoli, chia seeds, lentils, apples, avocado, sweet potato, edamame, whole grain bread… the list goes on!
